Well, since it establishes a setting, it can't be accumulative.  But
what we do here is let it accept a (Scheme) list of filenames, like

lilypond "-dinclude-settings=(xxx.ly yyy.ly)"


Somebody(TM) needs to write the proper documentation for it in
Documentation/notation/input.itely and
Documentation/usage/running.itely or this will not be fit for
inclusion into LilyPond.
