This is another nobrainer and an oversight.  Since it should get pushed for  
completeness before the respective code is replaced by issue 1321  
(requiring issue 1321 to be rebased) and is rather trivial and since the  
regtest remains valid for issue 1321, pushing this ahead of the regular  
clock to let 1321 move forward.  Pushed to staging as
