Originally reported in the email linked to the start of issue 2795

A setting for DynamicTextSpanner in scm/define-grobs.scm:857
        ;; make sure the spanner doesn't get too close to notes
        (minimum-Y-extent . (-1 . 1))
no longer has effect.
minimum-Y-extent is a way to specify the core extent of a variable-sized object, so its overall extent is never smaller than this core. When stencil outlines are used instead of extents, we have no way to get the same effect.

{ b4( b \cresc b b)\! b b b\cresc b b( b b b) \! }
