IMHO, it is not very difficult to find strange bar line combinations.

Two questions:

1) is this a *real* problem, i.e. are there any existing scores
using double versus single bar lines?

2) if (1) holds, how should different bar lines align?

IMHO, either align decision looks quite ugly.
