Comment #2 on issue 2074 by address@hidden: Add crossreferences to NR
Appendix C "Lilypond Grammar"
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2074
I am guessing by looking at Appendix C that this is just a 'dump' of some
file and that those numbers on the LHS are just line numbers from whatever
editor you happened to be using?
While I have no programming skills in python or otherwise, I do have some
@texinfo knowledge and at the very least manually tidy this up?
I don't know what
'..non-terminal symbol on the right side of a production should be
linked..' means that is what the non-terminal symbols is and 'a production'
in this context is.
It seems that conceptually this is just
some_string:
substring1
substring2
substring3
some_other_string:
substring1
substring2
substring3
as I see it in my own primitive way.
Seems we could take a similar approach as the AU
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.16/Documentation/usage/command_002dline-usage#advanced-command-line-options-for-lilypond
But I'd need some guidance on correct terms to use (instead of some_string
and substring) and an example of a cross reference, just so I get what is
needed.
I know that having this stuff automated with macros/scripts in the doc is
nice, but I've not seen much done in this regard (with Doc) since I've
joined the project, so perhaps a little manual editing would at least get
this in a more usable shape.
