http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2445The latest patch corrects the problem I noted in #49 regarding measures split across line breaks. (Each piece of a measure broken in this way receives the same number, enclosed in parentheses after the first piece.) I've also added a regtest which demonstrates this feature.
