Hard to guess for me which changes are intended, which are corrections of the last batch, and which are unintentional. Several slur changes. zero-staff-change.ly gains some dot on the staff line. C moves vertically in some regtests with wild stafflines, but it is mostly a tossup which version is more correct with staff lines like that. Still, it seems somewhat strange that in rest-on-nonstandard-staff.ly the C on the staff-line-less system loses its original relation with the clef. Also somewhat for staff-ledger-positions.ly.
