This has not seen a significant amount of testing.  Since it is a rather  
straightforward and "obviously correct" (TM) fix, it is still put  
tentatively on countdown to 2012-08-07 20:00 GMT+2.

Countdown will be aborted if testing does not verify the expected  
improvements.
