http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2656I don't know if it's relevant, but our pdfs created on different platforms are known to differ: issue 519.
A year ago you stated "We should state in the docs that if you want to make a .ly file processed by LilyPond result in identical PDFs on any platform, you need *exact* font names, avoiding any aliases."
