Don't touch po/cs.po manually.  Get in touch with the translator team, I  
guess?

To totally nuke your GUB build, do
  rm -rf uploads
  rm -rf target

that'll rebuild absolutely everything.  To only remove the lilypond stuff,  
do
  rm -rf $GUB_DIR/target/*/*/lilypond*
