Looking into a reputed Mozart edition (just the first grab off the table) seems to agree: compare the grouping in the top line for the sixteenth notes after 4., and then in the bottom line for the eighth notes after 4.: they are beamed all three together, and it would totally disrupt the visual phrasing to break the beam.
