This has been discussed at length on the mailing lists, and it was  
generally agreed that the default 2.14 behaviour was incorrect - a beam  
should never start off the beat.  So 2.15.39 is beaming this example  
correctly.  If this behaviour is actually desired there are several easy  
overrides available.
