That's build system noise.  It is my guess that the random fluctuations in  
unrelated files come about by how a multijob run will distribute the  
processes.

Sometimes the numbers show significant changes so it makes sense to show  
them.  If large changes show up in definitely unrelated files, they are  
usually garbage.
