suggestion to add the following note:

in
"Advanced command line options for LilyPond"
  - either right after the example with point-and-click
  - or at the end of the chapter

"Note (for Windows users): If the value contains blanks it is necessary to  
surround the entire value with four (!) sets of double quotes!"

as I've understood from

this also works for other OSs - can somebody verify?


at the same time it would be nice to change

paper-size \"a4\"
to
paper-size \"a4\" or """"a4""""


and the readability could be augmented with the alignment of the cells set  
to top!
