http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2468It starts with line 219 of dot-column.cc where the Y-offset is set to the x_positioning_callback. This opens the door for the setting of dot positions before line breaking occurs.
I'll experiment w/ this to see if I can come up with a good fix.
