propose the following changes in the docs:

1. remove \bookOutputName and \bookOutputSuffix from the manuals (this will  
automatically happen when the text below replaces the actual text)

2. remove output-filename and output-suffix from Usage + Snippets

3. the text to replace 3.1.3+4 in NR is attached
