Hi,

I'd like to resurrect a dead horse - namely the debug_frame based remote 
unwinding proposed more than 1.5 years ago 
(http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/libunwind-devel/2008-07/msg00002.html).

There was no visible reaction (no replies in the mailing list), but this 
feature is being used successfully all this time - so here is another attempt.

I updated the old patches, added new one and filed a bug about it 
(https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?29672).
