There are many minor patches that easy to accept/reject, because they
have no influence on the core of the expertize of Libtool. I'm
referring to the Autoconf compatbility patches, the POSIX patches,
fixing obvious bugs etc.
I can understand that maintainers are busy elsewhere, nevertheless,
this should not have such a strong impact on Libtool's liveness.
Could someone grant write access for obvious patches to some other
people?
