relating to FOSDEM, videos and torrents: there was an interesting talk [1] at FOSDEM about the PeerTube [2] software.
PeerTube is a federated video streaming platform, powered by ActivityPub and WebTorrent. AGPL licensed.
Based on the README on github, it's still alpha, but maybe somebody wants to give it a go already.
