Are you asking about the blog author's interpretation of the moral
significance? They portray a deep sense of indignation, interpreting
this as a violation of the author's moral rights and an assault on
Truth, whereas the quote's author seems to have a different
interpretation of the significance of the issue.
Or are you asking whether it's correct that a little quote can be used
without attribution and not be copyright infringement in the U.S.?
