Details:

Reading the attached file with dxf_read_file generates an assert:
in_dxf.c:1617: new_LWPOLYLINE: Assertion `_o->num_bulges > 0' failed.

I'm using the latest release and compiling with default configuration:
https://github.com/LibreDWG/libredwg/releases/download/0.10.1/libredwg-0.10.1.tar.xz

The same file saved as dwg (also attached) is working fine with dwg_read_file
