Yes.
I can't remember when I last looked at it.
Just looked now and I see that there has been a few commits from
around Feb/March:
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/libredwg.git
IIRC, there was some activity earlier in the year but these were
around testing suites.
Still, I'm downloading now and will look at it.
