Libntlm only implements NTLMv1, but adding support for NTLMv2 would be
very welcome.  If you only need NTLMv1, libntlm should be sufficient,
but if you need NTLMv2 you'll need to extend libntlm.  If you have even
partial code for NTLMv2, that may be useful to add to libntlm.
