Hi Gavin,

Our official repo is https://git.gnunet.org/libmicrohttpd.git
The ChangeLog located on our official repo is the official ChangeLog.
You can find more details on https://gnu.org/s/libmicrohttpd

We have some unofficial mirrors and they are usually in sync with the 
official repo, however they are just mirrors and commits are always 
published first on the official repo before being mirrored.
