Hi,

Would it be possible to publish Windows binaries about this new release? Last released windows binaries are from version 0.9.17 (libmicrohttpd-0.9.17-w32.zip).

I did many tests in this version and it is very stable on Windows.

The 0.9.48 should replace the 0.9.46.tar.gz and 0.9.17-w32.zip on MHD home page.

GNU libmicrohttpd is a small C library that is supposed to make it easy
to run an HTTP server as part of another application. GNU libmicrohttpd
