Which version of libmicrohttpd did you try to compile?

Recent versions of libmicrohttpd are using native windows threads and don't require pthread.h.

I am trying to install Libmicrohttpd on Windows 8.1 using MSYS. But when I run the ./configure command, I get the following error:
