When building libffcall 2.5 (not a new problem) with BSD make on
NetBSD/10.99.12/amd64 with -j16, I see:
make: make: don't know how to make avcall/avcall.lo. Stop
When I use GNU make 4.4.1 in the same environment, I get:
gmake[1]: *** No rule to make target 'vacall_r/libvacall.la', needed by
'libcallback.la'. Stop.
In non-parallel mode, it builds fine.
