[libextractor] pkg-config compatibility

It seems libextractor does not install a .pc file during installation.
This makes it impossible for the pkg-config utility to detect whether
the library is installed or not? Maybe you could consider placing a
.pc file in an appropriate location (like /usr/lib/pkg-config/) to
address this.
