... I just remembered that you added an environment path to libextractor.
This might be your problem (different DLL gets loaded).
Try to remove the global search path, put all DLLs, extract and your
test EXE in *one* directory, change the working directory to it and
execute your EXE there:
cd c:\extractor\bin
mytest c:\test.doc
