Dear Eiffel Team,
I hope that you can deliver a Windows msi installer for GNU Eiffel together with a lightweight IDE or a extension on VS Code.
We do not have an MSI installer, but Petru Gurita worked on an NSI installer, see https://wiki.liberty-eiffel.org/index.php/GSoC_-_Windows_Support and https://github.com/PetruGurita/Liberty-Eiffel-Windows
I will try to rebuild a binary, but please note
that I can only access Windows in the form on somehow
"underpowered" virtual machines.
It seems that Debian has quite a few tools to
build MSI and NSIS installers (see
https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/nsis and
https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/wixl ) so it may be more
feasible to cross-compile it.
