| For the most part I tried to cover Darwin/FreeBSD/NetBSD with the changes I had made.
Either of FreeBSD or NetBSD will be fine. For the most part the diffs are small between them that both can be supported.

I do want to have Liberty Eiffel compiling flawlessly on a BSD system.
Which version of BSD shall we target first? FreeBSD?
I use NetBSD so I'm partial to that :) I'd be happy to test on NetBSD, Linux and macOS.
