[Liberty-eiffel] Release of eiffel-iup is imminent

Hi all,

At next days I will release the first version of eiffel-iup. I will
update the README file later to reflect the current state. All the
dialogs are available and all standard controls (except FlatButton). The
IupCanvas is also available, but for the moment you can not draw inside
it. This will require a wrap for the CD library, it is easy and I will
work on this at next weeks.

I tested all the widgets, but not all its features. So, could be
problems. But I want release it to get feedback. Also I will write at my
blog some "lessons" about how use this package.

I write this email to know if you have some suggestions to this release.
Maybe some notes or improvements at README or INSTALL files. Or any
other suggestion.
