It is actually implemented, BUT and this is a big butt, you need to use something like suexec to run the koha staff client as a user, then give that user rights in /etc/at.allow. So it requires a decent amount of linux knowledge. But if you do get it set up it works.

And the response is:
- You have to install Schedule::At Perl module
- Or, in any case, don't install this module since the functionality of Koha you try to reach (report scheduling) isn't implemented yet...
