I have set up Bengali on http://translate.koha.org now. http://translate.koha.org/ben/intranet3_0/ and http://translate.koha.org/ben/opac3_0/
Now if you login, and go to my account, then options, then add Bengali as your language. I will assign you the permissions to be able to approve translations.
Always good to see Koha in another language.

Please suggest on how to begin the translation.
Thank you.

I have added thai files to http://translate.koha.org/projects/opac3_0/ and http://translate.koha.org/th/intranet3_0/
You will need to go to my account and add Thai as your language, then email me and I will give you approval privileges.
Then you are all good to start translating
