Our research group at the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand would like
to help in translating Koha 3.0 into Thai (th-TH). Unfortunately, the Thai
language files mentioned in the thread below do not exist on http://translate.koha.org anymore. Could
you please guide us?

Excellent, thanks for volunteering. Here is the link to the Koha project's
web-based translation system:
http://translate.koha.org
You will find the Thai language installed there, you can begin adding your
translation immediately. Note that there is a moderation process in place, this
ensures that the strings have been entered in correctly from a technical
standpoint ... there is some documentation on the translate.koha.org site
that explains how to use the utility. Let me know if you have any
questions.
