[Koha-translate] Changed norwegian translations

Some last edits have been made to our files, and as we understand it today
is the last date for submission is, so we send what we currently have.
As we use a norwegian svn, I think the best to do is just to give you the
links to our files and then let the right person download them and
upgrade, hope that is ok :-)
