[Koha-translate] Changes in acqui.simple/addbiblio.tmpl

Hi,

I've changed some Javascript in acqui.simple/addbiblio.tmpl to
improve the error checking.  If you've got this page translated,
please do a cvs update and check for changes in the "Check"
function, or differences between your template and the English
one.

(Note: Benedict doesn't need to do anything, I've merged in the
changes to the pl template successfully :-)
