When I sent the email to the font author asking if we can use the font I asked how to add him to the credit list, too and that was what he answered, to add "Jeff Levine and Brad Nelson". So it should be allright. No web site.
I don't have a clue, what the reason was why it finally worked. If I could reproduce it, I could fix it on my own computer, too. But that still does not work. At least it works in the office now! Inkscape at home is overall a bit tricky, because Windows 98 is not supported any more.
I hope you can fix the printer thing. It seems to be an advanced problem. There are many issues about how to get a printer to print (and do it properly, too) at the subforum of the gimp forum.
