Could you please include the JAligner package in GNU Java Packages
Registry? The package name is gnu.bioinformatics.jaligner and it is a
biological sequence alignment tool. The application homepage is
http://jaligner.sourceforge.net and the API homepage is
http://jaligner.sourceforge.net/api.
