thanks for your prompt and positive reply.


When you come to do the JCE stuff you might consider doing it in
co-operation with the GNU Classpathx project. We try to produce free
versions of all Sun's javax libs (except Swing and some other things).

yes definitely. i'll keep you posted (as my point of contact with GNU) of the development and will drop you a note --unless you suggest/recommend somebody else-- if i need clarification or am in doubt about a GNU related organisational aspect.
