I see what you mean:

$ cat /root/rpmbuild/SOURCES/jailkit-2.18/src/jk_chrootsh.c | grep CONFIGFILE | head -n 1
#define CONFIGFILE INIPREFIX"/jk_chrootsh.inhttps://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?46320i"


It looks like someone pasted "https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?46320" into the middle of the filename declaration ;-(
