I still have the same problem, with :

address@hidden ~]$ ls -la /dev/null   
crwxrwxrwx 1 root root 1, 3 Feb 13 13:10 /dev/null
address@hidden ~]$ ssh -v 10.10.10.10
Couldn't open /dev/null: Permission denied
