I forgot to put that in my list of things i did..

/home/jail2  is my jail

/dev/sd0g on /home type ffs (local, nosuid)

After looking at that line when I pasted it.. I wonder if nosuid is the problem..

Did you remeber to remove the "nodev" on the partition you are using
for your jailkit(/home most likely) in /etc/fstab?

Hello!

OS: OpenBSD 4.1

I have been using jailkit on some of my CentOS servers for about 6 months
with out any problems. Today, I am trying to setup a chrooted sftp
environment for a sftp server.

When I try to connect to my sftp server I get the following

# sftp address@hidden
Connecting to localhost...
address@hidden's password:
Connection closed

/var/log/auth shows
Sep 14 12:31:34 wingardium jk_lsh[2667]: jk_lsh version 2.3, started
Sep 14 12:31:34 wingardium jk_lsh[2667]: executing command
'/usr/libexec/sftp-server' for user test2 (1001)

However, when creating my jail environment I received the following errors:

# jk_init -v /home/jail2 jk_lsh
source file /lib/libnsl.so.1 does not exist
source file /lib/libnss_compat.so.2 does not exist
source file /lib/libnss_files.so.2 does not exist
copying /etc/nsswitch.conf to /home/jail2/etc/nsswitch.conf
could not read source file /etc/nsswitch.conf

The errors make sense as OpenBSD does not come with those files.

My question is this: Are those errors creating the jailed environment
preventing me from accessing my system? If so, do I need to install some
package to get these? I have searched Google and read the archives for this
but haven't really found any conclusive answer.

Thanks,
Adam
