It will allow you to share files using a secure connection (SSL/WebDAV)
via a web browser.  Potentially being able to share the same files which
are part of a jalied environment.  I believe this is your goal and not
having SFTP/FTPS clients that run inside some Web application (possibly I
am wrong).
