exactly the same as you would do without a jail: make the files owned by
user1 (permissions read and write), and make sure the files are readable
by groupA, and user2 should be member of groupA.
the only thing you need to do with the jails is put both users in the same
jail, or make sure those files are available in both jails (for example
mounting a device twice on your system).
