Hello Eliezer,
just an idea: are you using two different machines - one with scp as client and
the other with the jail on a server? If so, might it be scp on the client
complaining about the missing libkrb5.so.3 and not scp on the server (where all
dependencies are checked by jk_cp)?
If this is not the problem, try looking through log files on the server and the
client. Maybe by looking at different log-files you get an idea where the
problem is.
