Details:

Trying to install jailkit-2.15 onto a server running Oracle Linux 5.7 and I
get the following when running the ./configure

checking sys/capability.h usability... no
checking sys/capability.h presence... yes
configure: WARNING: sys/capability.h: present but cannot be compiled
configure: WARNING: sys/capability.h:     check for missing prerequisite
headers?

I was able to install jailkit-2.15 onto a server running Oracle Linux 5.6 with
no issues. I have attached the config.log file.
