Added twin database files for IPv6 (adding "6" to the basename).
Record structure compatible with version 1.

ibd-del:
    Output format changed, because of long IPv6 addresses,
    field alignment is not always respected.  Automated parsing
    can be eased using new option --ls-field-separator.
    Option --ranges report only ranges, if any.
    Options -4 and -6.

ibd-judge:
    System interface rewritten using libmnl.
    Handle both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.

ibd-ban:
    Accept IPv6 ranges.
    Add option --index-factor, for IPv6 ranges.
    Better handling of multiple IPs, also for connkill.
    Set a default reason ("n.a.").

ibd-parse:
    Add option --index-factor, for IPv6 ranges.
    Split the MATCH field of USR1 reports into MATCH4 and MATCH6.
    Relaxed <HOST> expression.

ibd-white:
    Add option --read, not needed if redirecting.
    Add option --ls-raw (without aggregation).
    Add an expiration date to records.
