[Info-mtools] Date format in man page of tools present in mtools package

Hi,

I was going through man page of minfo, and noticed date format present
at bottom of man page doesn't contain any separation mark like space,
'/' or '-'. For example in minfo(1) date is formatted like 10Dec18. I've
never seen this kind of date format in man page. Is it common practice
to use this format in man page?
