Hi info-mtools,

Currently, if you call the "install" target with a parallelism
parameter >= 2 (ie. not in "single-CPU mode"), then installation
will generally fail as each call will race and try and create the
bin/ directory when it already exists.

The patch below (and attached) fixes this.
